Everything works, not all fish opens their mouth, but it's easy to fix with a knife. In some places, in the manufacture there were excess pieces of plastic. Since nobody else is making these anymore with magnets, this is one of your only choices, but be warned: its really really cheap and you have to get your hands dirty to get it properly working: 1. take of the gray cover (screwdriver) and CUT the yellow wire that leads to the "sound chip". Trust me, the sound from that thing is something from a horror movie 2. take a knife or something sharp and carefully chip away at all the fishes so that they mouths colse properly (50% of myn had issues) 3. Chip away at their feet as well, because of the plastic that sticks out, preventing the fish to come out 4. Chip away at the holes as the picture that is glued on it is covering the holes and this prevents again the fish to come out 5. some of the fish don't have the metal thing in their mouths, so take a small screw and screw that in 6. Glue the magnet in the rod as it will fall out
