And will not receive a refund , I waited 3 months for products from this shop but the product was lost. I didn't receive items from the seller. I filed for a refund, but I didn't get it. Seller and aliexpress Claims to stick to customs in my country. But the price I buy will be tax exempt because the product must cost 50us or more to be taxed in my country.

Seller stated consignment seized; released; offered refund; offered to resend if dispute cancelled. Dispute commenced with 24 electronic copies of evidence uploaded.1. not being sent; 2, FAKE website; 3. tracking searched yielding negative results; 4. Inquiry destination customs - no records exist; 5. inquiry destination Post Office - no records exist. 6. Seller states Kerry Express delivery agents - no records exist. 7. Seller provided 1 piece electronic screenshot of fake website "under export clearance". 8. Ali Express sided with seller citing "your country customs have the item". 9. "Appealed" decision but failed as AE stated, "the buyer failed to provide certificates" - as proof from Customs, Post Office, Kerry Express for package not sent, not processed by them, not seized, not released or in their possession - electronic searches or email inquiry docs not accepted.
